A warm welcome from your hosts Ken & Marion Knight
Jordan Cottage is in the heart of Picklescott village in the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. At 900ft on the shoulder of the Long Mynd the cottage offers direct access to the high moorland and the deep batches.
Our guest suite is converted from a wheelwright’s shop dating from the eighteenth century. Attached to the even older cottage it has its own entrance so guests can come and go at all times This makes Jordan Cottage ideal for longer stays.
Spring and summer are of course the most popular seasons but don’t ignore the winter. The hills are stunningly beautiful in the frost. Snow is frequent and often deep but the village is always accessible.
